GABOR HOLCH

Consultant for Cross-Cultural Business and Management

Gábor Holch

The miracle of modern business is that it works across geographic, national and cultural boundaries. It is also its greatest challenge.

For the last 15 years, I have worked with cross-cultural challenges: culturally mixed teams, enterprises venturing into an unknown culture, and projects whose nature was sensitive in the place of delivery. During this time, I have never met an executive whose problem was overestimating the  challenges of cultural differences and cross-cultural communication. If you cross those boundaries, you will meet challenges. Formidable ones. The question is: How do you approach them?

How can I help you?
